Hi, I am Jinni Bradfield, publisher and writer.  So glad you are joining us on Hubpages.com!

I know firsthand how it feels to have a child with a learning disability and behavior problems.  I researched medical and educational studies to find answers for my children, then designed activities for them based on the research.  Later as a tutor for children with learning disabilities, my specialty was creating lessons and games that would enable my ADHD, dyslexic and autistic students to master needed skills.

I am thrilled to be sharing these "Proactive Parents" articles with you!  Much of the material is excerpted and updated from Wit's End, an educational newsletter that my husband, Brad,and I published a number of years ago.  Designed for parents who are "at their wit's end", it helped them zero in on the causes of their children's learning and behavior problems. Backed by years of research, each easy-reading article also offered parent-tested solutions.  Now with this new format on Hubpages, I am happy that more parents can get answers from these articles.
